FAQ


1: Is it really REAL postcards?
Yes, the postcards we use, are the ones you see in the store and souvenir-shops around the city. The size of all postcards are 6.5 x 4.50 inches (16.50 x 11.50 cm)

2: Is it really ONLY $2.45 / $2.95 pr. Postcard to USA / World?
Yes, our ads as you see to the right of here, does that we can offer this service cheaper than any of our competitors. So as long as people click on our ads(with good intentions) and we can keep our cost low, we will pass on the savings to you.

3: Is it safe to pay with credit card on your site?
Yes very much so, we have decided to use Pay-pal as our payment processor, because it is one of the safest and easiest form of payments online.
Pay-pal does not give any of your details to us, but simply charges you directly and give us the payment less a small fee for their services.
Pay-pal is quick, easy and VERY secure... AND even better you do not need to have a pay-pal account to buy, only a credit card is needed. You can find more info about pay-pal on www.paypal.com.

4: How will you write on the postcards?
Your message will be printed, on the back of the card with laser printer.
You pick the font and the color, which we then print and mail for you. We are working on  handwriting as an option, and will hopefully be able to offer this soon. Should you have any special requirements you can always email us and let us know just before or after ordering.

5: How can we know that you will mail the card? Can we track it?
Once you have submitted your postcard, and checked out, we will soon after email you a confirmation. This to show that we have received your request, and payment.
The card will always be mailed the same day, if filled out and submitted before 3pm on weekdays.
Since we use regular mail (USPS) there is no means of tracking your postcard.
However, feel confident that we will mail it for you. It is more important for us to receive positive feedback than negative.

6: Can I change my postcard after submitting?
Sorry, once you submit the postcard, AND you pay for it, it is not possible to change your submission. However you can write us an email and we will do our best to change the card to your liking, if at all possible.

7: What if the card never arrives?
Well if for some reason your card should be lost in the mail, please send us an email (sales@lapostcard.com) and we will make sure to replace it with the same text.
Your receiver will always get the card, this is our guarantee to you.
